01. The Challenge

The customer was preparing for a new production contract that required the operation to achieve 40 TPH consistently. The original screen media configuration raised concerns about whether the screen would provide sufficient open area and dewatering performance to meet the required production capacity.

02. The Solution

Buffalo evaluated the application and recommended a Side-Tension Fine-Mesh Conversion System using urethane and industrial mesh technology. To maximize open area and improve dewatering performance, Buffalo proposed Hybrid 1' × 2' panels as well as a urethane conversion kit paired with industrial side-tension screen cloth, providing a configuration designed to increase screening efficiency while meeting the customer's production requirements.

03. The Result

The customer selected Buffalo's recommended conversion system, which successfully met the application's performance requirements.
