Job Description:

 

  • Talk with customers by phone, in person, or by email and receive orders/quotes for products, answer product questions, and assist customers in solving problems
  • Enters all orders and quotes into Navision (ERP) accurately within 24 hours
  • Thorough and timely project coordination and management of requests by sales
  • Follow-up on all correspondence and inquiries from customers including quote follow-ups
  • Expedite and oversee rush orders for all customers
  • Coordinate and track product from order entry to shipment to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Update Navision system with customer information
  • Member of Quality Control team
  • Assist with the NCR reporting process
  • Address customer complaints concerning billing or services rendered. Non-conformance and Return Authorizations entered in a timely manner and sent to Quality Manager for investigation
  • Provide suggestions during incident investigations
  • Advise on corrective actions for NCR process
  • Attend daily production meetings representing sales
  • Assist in the management and coordination of our Project Management (Teamwork) system through tracking R&D orders and feedback from Territory Managers
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures for the Inside Sales team
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management and recognize that priorities can and will shift quickly to adjust the demands of other departments for the overall benefit of the company
  • Administrative tasks as needed

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferable
  • Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in basic quick math

 

Position Hours: 8:30AM – 5:00PM (unless otherwise required)

 

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit at a desk and use the computer and telephone for 7-8 hours per day.
