Buffalo Wire Works manufactures high quality circular replacement screens to fit all major OEM Screeners, including Sweco©, Midwestern, Kason™, Eriez, Russell Finex and more. These superior screens are manufactured to your exact OEM specifications.  All pre-tensioned screens are manufactured to tight tolerances to guarantee proper screen tension and high performance.  We can manufacture new screens from 18-60” in diameter and can re-screen your current rings from 18” to 72”.  Other geometric shapes including rectangular frames made to your exact specifications.  Added performance elements include a high quality stainless steel, high carbon, aluminum, and other popular frame alloys, food and non-food grade epoxy, center holes, and a wide range of other features.

All of our screens go through a series of tests to ensure product maximization and throughput. Our heat cured epoxy bonding is suitable for high temperatures and food grade separation.
