Buffalo Wire Works manufactures and supplies a complete line of wire cloth, wear parts, plate, anti-blinding screens, rubber/urethane screening accessories and quarry supplies for the aggregate and mining industries. Our industrial wire cloth division services the sand, food processing, recycling materials, abrasives, fertilizer production, powdered metals, pharmaceuticals and more.

The Territory Sales Manager will maintain and service current customers and acquire new business by cultivating strong customer relationships, and providing value-added technical assistance in the Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina area.

Responsibilities:

  • Generates and develops new accounts through visiting customer sites, Internet research, cold calls, Atlas databases/associations and trade shows
  • Provide excellent customer support including requests for quotes and aggressive quote follow-up
  • Aggressively sells all company divisional products: Aggregate, Mining, Industrial and Quarry suppliers
  • Performs detailed screen and wear component surveys
  • 80% travel and customer face time

Title Urethane Technicians
Location Rollinsville, Colorado
Shift Type First & Second
Job Information

Casting Technicians:

Responsible for assembling and disassembling urethane casting molds, visual inspection of products produced, and ensuring all equipment is kept clean and in good shape. We offer two shifts 1st (7am-3:30pm) and 2nd (3pm-11:30pm). Overtime is available when needed.

Individuals should have the following qualifications:

1.) Be able to use a pound scale

2.) Be somewhat mechanically inclined. Employee will disassemble and reassemble using hand tools.

Job Duties

  • Communicate with cross functional teams and customers to develop proper specifications for product designs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum five years of experience in a manufacturing environment which makes rubber products
  • Proficient with AutoDesk Inventor or SolidWorks
  • Experience with standard operating procedures and manufacturing practices
  • Experience using Teamwork Projects and Microsoft Dynamics-NAV a plus

Machinist-

  • Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings, sketches and determine the proper settings, sequence of operations to produce part to correct dimensions and in tolerance
  • Be able to measure, mark dimensions and reference points on material or work piece for machining.
  • Selects or creates proper fixtures for machining; as well as selecting the correct material and tools to machine as required
